After payment has been made, an order confirmation email has to be sent to you to indicate that the order has been processed. All merchandise will be manufactured in-house and need a pending duration of 10-15 days before being sent out for delivery.
Notification will be sent once that the parcel(s) has been dispatched when you receive a shipping confirmation email/message via phone from DHL. Please refer to this email/message if you wish to track your parcel as it contains the tracking number. The link provided in the message/email will direct to a page on DHL, where customers can manage delivery according to their preferences. We will be notified once the package(s) has been delivered and accepted.
Please contact us timely if you have not received the shipping confirmation email after 10-15 days from receiving the order confirmation email.
Orders will be dispatched during business working days, from Monday to Friday, between 10.00-17.00 ICT (UCT+7). Dispatched times may vary according to available time slots and any guarantees such as delivery times are subjected to any delays resulting from postal delays, for which we will not be responsible for.

The delivery charge will be automatically calculated, stated and included into the final amount when checking out, depending on the destination.
MIZPHENIX is not liable for any extra charges (including GST) incurred when merchandise is delivered outside Singapore. In this case, the final amount shown on the invoice is not inclusive of all these charges.
If package is delivered within Singapore, GST will be charged and included during the final checkout amount, as stated in the invoice sent to your email after confirmation of payment.
Any changes in delivery address must be notified to us at least one week in advance of delivery time before writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will not be held responsible for any incorrect/delayed deliveries resulting if we did not receive any precise/timely information in regards to this.
Sending exchange items by post
Send the exchange item with the receipt in original packaging (if possible) and also filling the returning form by post. All exchange items will be inspected and we will contact you within 5 working days of receiving via email.
If we do not find the defect or damage on the item as per your statement, the item will be returned to sender.
It usually takes 15-20 working days for an exchange item to be delivered to you by post.
We are not responsible for postage fee incurred from exchange goods. Customer has to pay the postal fee and the difference in price, if any, after we send the invoice via email within 7 days. Please note that we will send the new one to customer after receiving the payment of the additional fee.
The Company reserves the right to refuse all return and exchange items, which were listed as discounted products.
The Company reserves the right to accept the exchange items bought from E-store only.
